With family on their very own Italian olive vineyard, an appreciation of freshly-harvested artisan oils and the healthy Mediterranean Diet came naturally to the Baileys. So, too did their desire to share their culinary passions with family and friends back home.
The Happy Olive opened in 2012 featuring their hand selected oils, custom blended vinaigrettes, spices, a variety of local products and more. You’ll also find Richard’s small-batch gourmet mustard on tap – one of just a handful of sommelier-rated mustard makers in the US.
