• 2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Happy Olive Grapefruit Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Happy Olive Persian Lime Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped, plus more for garnish
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Process all ingredients in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Transfer avocado cream to a small bowl and garnish with some small dill sprigs. Enjoy!
