Ingredients:

CRUST:
– 1 cup all-purpose flour
– ½ cup confectioner’s sugar
– ½ cup cold butter

SAUCE:
– 2 (8 oz) packages of softened cream cheese
– 1 cup of sugar
– 2 tbsp Happy Olive Blood Orange Oil
– 1 tsp vanilla extract

TOPPINGS:
– 1 cup fresh strawberries
– ½ cup fresh blueberries
– ½ cup fresh kiwi
– ½ cup fresh mango
-1/2 cup red grapes
– ½ cup Happy Olive Cranberry Pear Balsamic

Instructions:
Mix cut fruit with Cranberry Pear Balsamic and allow to marinate for 30 min. In a bowl, combine the flour and confectioners’ sugar, then cut butter into dry ingredients until crumbly. Press the mixture into a greased 12-in. pizza pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1-=15minutes or until crust is lightly browned. Let cool. While cookie is cooling, beat the cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl. Add vanilla and Happy Olive Blood Orange oil, mixing until smooth. Spread mixture on crust and top with fruit! Enjoy
